During the last few weeks, our Solar Project achieved several critical milestones. The Feasibility Study was approved by the Ministry of Energy on the 20th of April 2026. 

Only 2 weeks later, on the 6th of May, we received the “no objection letter” from ZEMA (Zambia Environmental Management Agency) regarding the Environmental and Social Impact Study. Final approval is expected in July 2026. 

Finally, the Grid Impact Study was approved by the Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (ZESCO) on the 12th of May. 

The speed and efficiency of the relevant authorities and agencies in processing these approvals is a testament to the successful implementation of the new Zambian energy policies.
